So you're wondering what you'll get out of membership in the Science Fiction Poetry Association?

You get six issues of Star*Line each year, a journal filled with poetry, reviews, articles, and more.

You get one issue of the annual Rhysling Anthology, filled with the best sf poetry of the previous year. As a member, you get to nominate one short poem and one long poem to be printed in this anthology, and then vote for which poems should receive that year's Rhysling award.

You get half priced advertising here on the SFPA's official website, with greater subject-matter leeway than non-members.

You become eligible to vote for SFPA officers and influence the direction the SFPA will take next.

You become eligible to be an SFPA officer.

You can join the SFPA mailing list and be kept up to date on the latest news.

You get to help support the sf poetry community, and interact with fellow poets.
